About the Event
This is a 4-DAY authentic experiential yoga vacation specially designed by La Vie Est Belle using the classical synthesis of yoga.
The core concept of the retreat helps you to re-connect with the nature within oneself and the outside nature through different below elements:
- Yoga asana and pranayama to energize the body and the mind
- Yoga Nidra for total relaxation and cleansing of the mind
- Guided sitting, walking, eating and sunrise meditation
- Sankrit kirtan chanting (optional)
- Karma yoga: selfless service
- Shinrin – Yoku: forest bathing
- Living a natural lifestyle
6h00 - 6h30: guided meditation,
6h30 – 8h30: yoga asana and pranayama
8h30: community breakfast
9h00 – 10h30: karma yoga and free time
10h30 - 12h30: yoga nidra foundation course
12h30 - 13h00: community silent lunch
13h00 - 14h30: free time
14h30 – 16h30: yoga nidra foundation course
16h30 - 18h00 : free time
18h00: light dinner and free time
19h30: guided sankrit chanting and meditation
* Depending on the group energy and requirement that one full day of Shinrin-Yoku is decided at the beginning upon arrival.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Artist – Yoga Teacher
Philippe is a longtime French artist and enthusiast of exploring the beauty of the world through yoga. Philippe began practicing yoga through many European countries, the United States, India and Asia. Through yoga he embarked the path of compassion and human values. He loves painting, yoga – meditation and wild nature, and thus together with his wife he co-founds La Vie Est Belle to realize his dream of combining the three above elements. Philippe is a Yoga Siromani certified by Sivananda Yoga International. Philippe speaks French and English.
PHUC LE THANH
Art-based Trainer – Yoga Teacher
Phuc has the training background and has been facilitating art-based activities and classical yoga classes for almost 10 years. Phuc used to work 9 years as a trainer for a multinational company around Asia. After that she switched her career path to sustainability focusing on human and community development. Phuc uses movement expression, classical synthesis of yoga, meditation-mindfulness, and nature as tools to help one reconnect with their own inner and outer nature. She loves to stimulate in each person love and beauty, helping people to realize their most vivid and authentic nature. Phuc is a Yoga Siromani certified by Sivananda Yoga International and Yoga Nidra Teacher certified by Yoga Alliance UK and Shankar Prasad Ashram (India). Phuc is the co-founder of La Vie Est Belle, she speaks Vietnamese, French and English.
