La Vie Est Belle is a contemplative educational space where
individuals and organizations can explore both inner and outer nature
through a synthesis approach of Tantra and Theravada Buddhism.
The experiential activities include
meditation,
yoga,
nature immersion,
transformative art creation,
and fostering a simplified, harmonious communal life.
La Vie Est Belle hosts daily activities, monthly retreats, teacher training, and strategic consultancy, as well as training in holistic development and well-being skills for organizations.
With residents, we created an ecosystem of generosity-projects that move from transaction to trust, from self-oriented isolation to shared commitment, and from fear of scarcity to celebration of abundance. All volunteers-run, our projects create external change while keeping the focus on inner transformation.
La Vie Est Belle does not impose a fixed tuition fee for our courses and retreats. Participants are invited to contribute a sponsorship amount that reflects their financial ability, transcending traditional notions of value exchange and the acts of giving and receiving.
All profits are reinvested into the project, benefiting the community on a broader and more profound level.
THE SEED PLANTERS
Mangala Phuc Le Thanh
Phuc is deeply passionate about art, yoga-meditation, nature, and the inherent beauty in every individual. She follows a path of wisdom, fueled by daily life experiences combined with studies in the integration of Tantric and Theravada Buddhist traditions.
In her previous professional journey, Phuc had held various positions in a multinational corporation across major Asian cities, including roles as head of training and organizational development, and as a country and regional manager for Indochina. Since 2012, she has redirected her focus towards human and community development to more fully integrate spiritual values.
Phuc conducts both short and long-term training programs that merge spiritual practices from Tantra and Theravada Buddhism with modern life perspectives. She also offers strategic consulting and leads courses that incorporate philosophical concepts into business and personal development, employing mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and nature as fundamental elements.
In 2015, Phuc and her husband established La Vie Est Belle, with the goal of nurturing deep connections with oneself, others, and the Nature. Her extensive training includes ancient spiritual disciplines of Tantra and Theravada Buddhism, under the direct guidance of her Master Guruji Niranjanananda Saraswati, from the Bihar School of Yoga.
Ananda Philippe Landry
Philippe, an experienced yogi and painter, embarked on his journey of yoga and meditation through many European countries, the United States, India and Asia. These journeys have enriched him with deep spiritual insights. To further his spiritual growth, Philippe settled in Vietnam and then became a direct disciple of Guruji Niranjanananda Saraswati from Bihar School of Yoga.
He offers the community a chance to connect with spirituality, art, and nature. His art, inspired by natural, organic, and mineral shapes, creates structured landscapes. The precise and striking shapes that adorn his canvases are born from the vibrancy and movement of the paint, celebrating life and the world's creation.
Together with his wife, he co-established La Vie Est Belle, embodying the principles of Karma yoga in modern living.
