Phuc held various positions in a multinational across Asia, including roles as Client Relationship Director, Head of Business Development, Head of Changes and Organizational Development, and Regional Manager for Indochina and APAC. Since 2012, she redirected her focus towards spiritual development for the benefits of others.
Phuc conducts intensive and extensive trainings and strategies that merge Tantra-based systems of theories and practices with modern life perspectives for the purpose of individual well-being education and strategic group learning and organizational development.
Phuc had been receiving intensive ancient spiritual trainings of Tantra directly from Guruji Niranjanananda Saraswati from Bihar Yoga worldwide. She was guided intensively to adapt Tantric system to applied educational and organizational psychology and psychiatry for 14 years.
Phuc has been the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of La Vie Est Belle for the last 11 years. Phuc got extensive experience in managing and leading organizations locally and internationally. Her international working experience covers projects in France, India, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia and Malaysia. In India, Phuc had served Ministry of Education, Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Public Affairs, thus she was offered the title of Professor by her Guru.
Phuc can speak fluently Vietnamese, English and French.

ANANDA PHILIPPE LANDRY
PAINTER - LECTURER
Used to work in RFP - Agence France Presse for 20 years as an illustration artist, Philippe is now a professional painter residing in Vietnam and a yoga meditation teacher. He embarked on his journey of yoga and meditation 28 years ago, then he became a Tantric practitioner through many European countries, the United States, India and Asia.
Philippe co-established La Vie Est Belle, embodying the principles of service to the world through yoga and meditation.
Philippe has been receiving intensive ancient spiritual trainings of Tantra from his Master Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati from Bihar Yoga worldwide.

TRAN THU THAM
M.A. FELLOW
Tran Thu Tham is a Peace Educator devoted to cultivating learning spaces where peace is not only taught, but lived. Her academic journey includes a Master of Arts in Peace Education from the University for Peace and an M.A. in Transdisciplinary Social Development from Ateneo de Manila University. Tham is currently a Fellow of the Knox Peace Through Humor Fellowship.
Tham serves as Academic Director of La Vie Est Belle in Vietnam. Tham is also the founder of The Playfulness Initiative, which offers play-based peace education programs for underserved migrant and stateless children in Southeast Asia.
Tham’s professional work has been rooted in the local non-profit sector in southern Vietnam, supporting caregivers, kindergarten teachers, and elementary educators through collaborations with LIN Center for Community Development, Save the Children Vietnam (Positive Discipline in Everyday Parenting Program), USA National University (Harmony SEL Program), The LEGO Group (Social Responsibility Department), the Play for Peace program in Vietnam, La Vie Est Belle and Bihar Yoga projects for education in Vietnam.
At the heart of her work lies a simple conviction: peace must be experienced before it can be sustained. When children and adults are invited to play, move, breathe, and listen together, new possibilities for connection emerge. Tham remains committed to cultivating spaces where dignity, joy, and friendship form the living foundation of peace.

PARAMAHAMSA GURUJI NIRANJANANANDA SARASWATI
Guruji Niranjanananda Saraswati is the head of Bihar Yoga tradition worldwide.
He was appointed as the successor to his Master Swami Satyananda Saraswati before conception. Thus, at the age of seven, Swami Niranjan started the ashram life as a sannyasin to receive intense Tantric education and training from his Guru.
From the age of eleven till the age of twenty-two, Swami Niranjan started traveling the world to offer lecturing, training and carry out scientific researches on yoga and Tantra. During this period Swami Niranjan interacted, worked and lived with eminent scientists, spiritual masters, Buddhist, Jewish, Christian groups and heads of different organizations. He also facillitated the whole process of setting up Bihar Yoga practising and learning centers in 89 countries. On 16th Jan 1983 at the age of twenty - three, Swami Niranjan was inducted to the presidency of Bihar School of Yoga,
Since then, Guruji Niranjan Saraswati led Bihar School of Yoga through crutial milestones. He initiated the establishment of the following entities to leverage various human development stages, namely Bihar School of Yoga, Yoga Publications Trust, Sannyasa Peeth, Yoga Research Foundation.
Guruji Niranjan Sarawati contributed to the transformation of physical, mental and spiritual well-being of millions of people around the world. In India, he led the countrywide happiness projects working with all ministries to support Indians’ wellness through yoga and meditation. His projects of integrating yoga and meditation into official education were highly acclaimed and generated a new approach to education in Europe. Swami Niranjan revived different ancient texts and scriptures and presented them to different fields of sciences such medicine, psychology, education, governance and management, etc.
In 2019, he received the Bharat Padma from the Government of India for his outstanding contribution to yoga. Until now Guruji Niranjanananda Saraswati is always credited as Bhramahn Guru by the Government of India.
