Phuc held various positions in a multinational across Asia, including roles as head of training and organizational development, and regional manager for Indochina. Since 2012, she redirected her focus towards deep spiritual human development for the benefits of others.


Phuc conducts intensive and extensive trainings and strategies that merge Tantra-based practices with modern life perspectives, includes but not limited to mindfulness, yoga, meditation and nature for the purpose of personal well-being and strategic organizational development. During the past 14 years Phuc has been receiving intensive ancient spiritual trainings of Tantra and Theravada Buddhism from her Master Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati from Bihar Yoga worldwide.

 

Phuc has been the Chief Executive Officer of La Vie Est Belle for the last 11 years.

ANANDA PHILIPPE LANDRY

Co-founder of La Vie Est Belle - Professional artist, direct instructor

Used to work in RFP - Agence France Presse for 20 years as an illustration artist, Philippe is now a professional painter and yoga meditation teacher. He embarked on his journey of yoga and meditation 28 years ago, then became a Tantric practitioner through many European countries, the United States, India and Asia.

Philippe co-established La Vie Est Belle, embodying the principles of service to the world through yoga and meditation.

Philippe has been receiving intensive ancient spiritual trainings of Yoga from her Master Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati from Bihar Yoga worldwide.

Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati

Professional guidance

Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati was born on 14 February 1960 in Rajnandgaon, India. He was appointed as the successor to his Master Swami Satyananda Saraswati before conception. By the age of three, Swami Niranjan had made up his mind that he wanted to be a sannyasin, in service to humanity. Thus, at the age of seven, Swami Niranjan started the ashram life as a swami to receive intense gurukul education and training.

 

From the age of eleven till the age of twenty-two, Swami Niranjan started traveling the world to offer lecturing, training and carry out scientific researches on yoga and Tantra.. During this period Swami Niranjan interacted, worked and lived with eminent scientists, spiritual masters, Buddhist, Jewish, Christian groups and heads of different organizations. He also facillitated the whole process of setting up Bihar Yoga / Satyananda Yoga centers, retreat centers and ashram in 24 countries.

 

On 16th Jan 1983 at the age of twenty - three, Swami Niranjan was inducted to the presidency of Bihar School of Yoga, and he served there for twenty – five years till 2008.

Since then, Guruji Niranjan Saraswati led Bihar School of Yoga through crutial milestones. He initiated the establishment of the following entities within the campus of Bihar School of Yoga to leverage various human development stages.

  • Bihar Yoga Bharati (1995) – the institute for advanced studies of yogic sciences, the first university of its kind in the world,

  • Yoga Publications Trust (2000) - a publisher and presenter of yogic research materials, practice texts, magazines, books, and scriptures under multiple languages and multimedia forms. 

  • Sannyasa Peeth (2010) – a school for renunciates

 

Guruji Niranjan Sarawati contributed to the transformation of physical, mental and spiritual well-being of millions of people around the world. In India, he led the countrywide happiness projects working with all ministries to support Indians’ wellness through yoga and meditation. His projects of integrating yoga into classical education were highly acclaimed and generated a new approach to education in Europe. Swami Niranjan revived different ancient texts and scriptures and presented them to different fields of sciences such medicine, psychology, education, governance and management, etc.

In 2017, he received the Padma Bhushan from the Government of India for his outstanding contribution to yoga.
