GROUP LEARNING WITHIN COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS

Group learning is both a concept and a sadhana practice in Tantra, which can be used for everyday life. When Tantra speaks of group learning, it often emphasizes the influence of an individual and the role of that person in guiding the group’s energy. Group learning always involves at least two people, where there is exchanges, and there is naturally one person who carries a greater influence in decision making or group orientation, much like a game leader.

From the moment a person is born, they embark on a pre-destined journey, a path shaped by karmic lessons that must be confronted and unraveled in this lifetime. It is like arriving in a new country: you may travel with the purpose of studying, working, or exploring, and you set planning to fulfill during your stay. Whatever the specifics, the essential purpose underneath is always learning. The same is true of the life journey of karma and learning in Tantra. One cannot escape from karmic interactions - they come as they must, the only choice is how one learns from them, and how one makes those interactions more meaningful, more positive.

Perhaps someone pushes you in a direction that feels unsuitable. In some cases, you gently disconnect with the one who pushed you. In others, you cleverly say “no” but maintain the relationship. At other times, you pause to ask: What do I want here? What is this situation teaching me? There is no right or wrong, only bonding encounters and lessons carried within them for individuals.

Group learning, in the context of a company, an organization, or a team, is the karmic bonding lessons of one’s profession.

Levels of participation in group learning:

· The individual

· The group/organization

· The collective consciousness

Factors that influence group learning within organizations and multi-level of organizations:

1. Energy of the leader

a. If they know what they want, and how that aligns with their role as a guide for the group learning journey.

b. The awareness of the group’s need for change, also known as collective energy, in relation to the higher collective consciousness.

c. The ability to adapt and flow with flexibility across multiple level of energy.

d. Having guidance relating to spiritual practices that work for them as an individual to control and balance their inner energy.

e. The wisdom of life and humans that they accumulate over time as a result of working with themselves in the relationship with their inner Self, their family and their company, organizations.

2. The ability to empower subordinate employees, based on:

a. Level of energy control.

b. Capability of learning and overseeing other people around.

3. Building a system that sustains and grows:

a. Discipline and compliance that holds the collective consciousness.

b. Energy of the leader and leadership team.

c. The organizational prosperity and the feeling of prosperity within each individual of the organization.

d. Karmic bonding responsibilities toward all relating stakeholders.
